Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, registers an Account in connection with the Services, installs and runs the Services or other software from the Site, participates in the Services, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on through the Services. Although we do not directly facilitate payment between you and the app store (“AppProvider”) you download the Services from, the App Provider may provide us with your payment information details.
Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, event information, information relating to raffle mangers, ticket holder information, ticket holder distribution lists and information, and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us or when you purchase a product or service from us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site and related activities. Users have the right to access personal information and request a correction to it if the User believes it is inaccurate.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site or use the Services. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, products you’ve viewed, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
When using the Services, we may also collect information about the type of device and operating system you use. We may also track any location-based information from your mobile device while using the Services in connection with the Services.

If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

All sensitive data is stored on secure servers with restricted employee access. All transactions follow the latest security measures and use the best available technologies. However, no transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that information disclosed through the internet cannot be intercepted from third parties. We retain personal information that we collect only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal requirements. We destroy personal information when it is no longer needed.
Who has Access
Members of our team have access to information you provide us. We may have access to order information, customer information and other relevant information to the services. This will be used to help fulfill orders and support you.
Distribution Lists and Mass Emails
You can create a distribution list to send mass emails to multiple other users in many ways through our Services (“Distribution List”). Your Distribution List is stored on a secure server. We do not sell your Distribution List to third parties. If we detect abusive or illegal behavior related to your Distribution List or your mass emails, we may share your Distribution List to the extent permitted or required by law. We may also terminate your account and prohibit your use of the Services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. Retention of Data
